Service Description

A comprehensive luxury vending and event activation service designed for high-traffic festivals, corporate functions, and large private events. This full-service package includes a luxury display, complete product collection, and customized planning consultation to ensure a seamless experience.


Cancellation Policy

* A 25% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date. * The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. * Events booked within 7 days require payment in full at the time of booking * Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be rescheduled once within 90 days, subject to availability. * The event host is responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals or vendor permissions unless otherwise agreed. * Additional vending time: $75 per hour * Travel within 25 miles: Included. * Travel beyond 25 miles: $1.00 per mile (round trip) * Multi-day events: Custom quote * Overnight travel: Custom quote Before You Book Please have the following information ready: * Event name * Event date * Event location * Indoor or outdoor venue * Estimated attendance * Event hours * Setup and breakdown times * Booth size provided * Access to electricity (if available) * Parking and loading information * Any special event requirements Ready to transform your event with Higher Powered Herbal Studio?
